How to view your email

First, ensure you’ve successfully created your email account on the server, under your domain.

Use a mail client

Access your domain email via a mail programme of your choice, with either POP or IMAP. Use our easy to set up email guides for the most common desktop and mobile mail clients. Use the following settings, replacing example.com with your domain name.

Incoming Server: mail.example.com (IMAP port 143, POP port 110)
Outgoing Server: smtp.example.com (port 587)
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password associated with the above username

Use online Webmail

Access your mail from any Internet-connected computer via a web browser. WebMail allows you to compose, reply and manage your email online via konsoleH or the Webmail link on our home page.
